General design concept of welding mask

Welding protective mask plays a vital role in welding work, it protects the glasses of workers and head safety. Therefore, its design should be more rigorous, according to the introduction of welding protective mask manufacturers, welding mask structure design to meet the following points in order to play a good protective role.

1. The quality of the electric welding protective mask should conform to GB3609.1-94. The size, weight and thickness should conform to: the head-belt mask (excluding filter and protective film) weighs less than 560 g, the hand-held weight is less than 500 g, and the material thickness of the mask is 1.5 mm~0.2 mm.

2. The front glasses should be lifted up and down conveniently; rivets and other parts should be firm, without loosening and falling off. Metal parts do not touch the human face; observation windows, filters, protective sheets and sizes should be consistent, with good fixtures, not leakage of radiation from the gap.

3, adjustable parts or structural parts should be easy to adjust and replace.

Only by doing the above design requirements can the welding mask be more humanized.
